Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» has again been recognised as a Gold Employer at the Pride in Diversity , maintaining this status since 2022 for its efforts to ensure a respectful and inclusive culture.
Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» was a finalist in the Trans and Gender Diverse Inclusion Award which recognises preferred employers for trans and gender diverse people.
The Gold Employer ranking recognises the impact of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»'s efforts towards LGBTQIA+ inclusion against the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI), a national benchmark to assess organisational culture and performance.
Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» supports a range of initiatives and collaborations to provide a safe, positive and inclusive environment for students and staff in line with its Strategic Plan, including an active Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Ally Network, training programs and resources for staff, and inclusive HR and leave policies.
